Job Overview
Bring on the fruit and veg! As a Customer Service Associate, you will be helping customers with placing orders for some of the most interesting, exciting, and fun specialty produce in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. We're looking for someone who is collaborative, energetic, and a team player!
Training is required to be completed during normal business hours. Once training has been completed, the role can be worked remotely during the 5pm-9pm shift.

About the Job
What does a Customer Service Associate do? Your primary focus will be answering calls and emails from customers to ensure that their orders are being placed accurately. This person will collaborate with Operations staff on statuses and changes needed for customers’ orders.

- Paperwork: You’ll share product information with and upsell to customers.
